Please post pone EVV...location doesn't always work, patients do not have wifi or landline phones for telephony and right now it's hard for our caregivers to get access to public wifi due to COVID-19. Please hear our voice. This is putting a strain on small agencies, especially with the cost of supplies (gloves, masks, etc.) skyrocketing. We cannot afford to not be reimbursed because the patient's location cannot be captured due to living in a rural area, especially during the pandemic. DMAS needs to put careful focus on the most vulnerable right now during COVID-19...the patients and their needs. Please hear us out!
