If it ain't broke, don't fix it
 

The evv app keeps you glued to your phone and stuck.  Most folks don't like being glued to an app. or a phone.  They like getting out and getting fresh air and accessing the community not being stuck dealing with all the problems of the app. and the resulting payroll issues.  The portal enables one to be free and more independent, the app. keeps one glued to a phone.
