I am phiscally disable and i go through this crap. my knees are shot due to a car accident.  this can happen to anyone.  it's extremely tiresome.  having attendant log in for 5 hours machine malfunction, log out, machine malfunction. then log in again for 2hours. log out. then they got to chose which waiver service. then click on the start time then end time.  I have to help attendant every time. it is hard enough to FIND an attendant.
