The majority of us have servere disabilities and do not need EVV

The apparent justification for GPS tracking is to prevent fraud and abuse in Medicaid personal care services.  However, anyone who would advocate for such a system clearly lacks awareness of who receives Consumer Directed services and why.  The majority of us have severe physical disabilities.  We need and will always use the hours we receive.  Even though, it would be my dream to do anything with legs (even a janitorial job at a beer fest or college dorm is a beautiful dream for me), I'm not going to suddenly get up and walk or suddenly not need help using the bathroom.  EVV is an additional burden we do not need.
