These are the issues I would like to see addressed:
The CDCN and PPL apps do not accurately record hours. Some home care providers are having their hours shaved. Home care providers should receive 40 straight hours and instead, they are recording less than 40 hours on the app.
All Apps should be able to be used on multiple devices.
The Providers must provide the proper tools to use for their system (phones, tablets, etc)
DMAS should have an ongoing training program about how to use EVV.
