Why  some counties tax solar panels and some do not. My County, Louisa taxes solar panels. With this in mind, buying an electric car is out of the picture. Loudoun County does not tax solar panels and has many businesses inthe solar industry. All the local county board of supervisors has to do is pass an ordinance; they have not acted.

Would you as a business locate to a county that is tech averse (read as backward)? Why not pass a comprehensive bill that eliminates taxes on all solar applications? Make all the Counties the same.

These solar panels can be removed to my new house in Tennessee. Good luck on the tax write down.

What about depreciation? Why not put these under the State Corporation Commission?
