Concealed carry people are among the most law abiding people in the nation. They have been trained and had a background check performed on them prior to receving their permit. They are aware of and have asked for the responsibility of carrying a firearm. The people of Virginia are safer because of concealed permit carriers. Your attempt to paint them as less than upstanding citizens is shameful.
