The 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution guarantees the people's right to KEEP and BEAR arms. Therefore, I STRONGLY OPPOSE this proposed bas as Unconstitutional. The only things that can stop a bad guy with a gun, is a GOOD guy with a gun.
