I strongly oppose this regulation. "...The RIGHT of the PEOPLE to KEEP and BEAR ARMS shall NOT be INFRINGED!" 2nd amendment of the US Constitution. This proposed regulation does CERTAINLY INFRINGE on my Constitutionally Protected Right to keep and bear arms!
