I firmly believe that guns should be restricted in all state and local public offices, as well as churches, bars, restaurants, libraries, schools, movie theaters and other places of business.  The prevalence of guns and the gun culture make us less safe, not more safe.  Our state leaders should do all that they can to promote public safety, starting with banning guns from state offices and facilities.
