What part of "Shall Not Be Infringed" do you not understand?

It is a natural right to be able to defend ones self ANYWHERE!, It is not a right given to us by the government, it was granted by our Creator, not the government. If you do not understand the difference between "Civil Rights " and "Natural Rights" then you have no business being in the government.
