I find your proposed action to be repugnant to the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution and certainly rubs against the fifth amendment right to compensation for property taken by the state since the Commonwealth, as a Tenant, would be attempting to appropriate the rights of its landlords without the Landlord's consent, especially where the Commnwealth is renting only a portion of a commerical property.
Further, your reference to work place violence in the proposed language regards employees of the Commonwealth. You are within your authority to create work place restrictions, however, you do not have the authority to try to enforce an administrativly imnposed restrictions on private citizens engaged in personal business. Such a restriction must come from the legislature, a properly elected representative body, not from the adminsitration.
We are not state employees and we don't work for you. You work for us, and you would do well to try to keep that in mind.
