I OPPOSE this regulation

Even the General Assembly of Virginia, duly elected by THE PEOPLE, recognizes the absolute superfluity of these regulations which do nothing to increase safety in the Commonwealth.

No person legally carrying a firearm has caused any harm to any individual in Commonwealth buildings, whether controlled by the Executive Branch or not.

There is no evidence that any person legally carrying a firearm - with or without a goverment-issued permit - has caused an instance in which harm is even feared in Commonwealth buildings.

There are *laws* - not just regulations, but laws - governing proper behavior with a firearm.  These regulations are an attempt to infringe further, in violation of both US and Virginia Constitutions.

These regulations are unnecessary, burdensome, and harmful to the peaceful citizens of Virginia.
