Frankly this is an attempt to remove our fundemental constitutional right to bear arms. It is basic common sense that it is not the law abiding citizen that the Government has to fear. It is the terrorisistic criminal who will never abide to any law no matter. We have laws in place restricting behaviors. these laws are broken everyday. What intelligent thinking person would imagine that enacting even more laws would make a difference to those who refuse to comply with the most basic? In reality if man would simply follow the simple commandments and common courtesies of humanty there would be no need for further empowerment of the goverment. Less government interference in our lives please!!!
