Utter Madness! Why end reciprocity?

As we enter 2016, with violent crime on the decline thruout the nation, to (I understand) a 20 year low, with the stats showing a clear relation to the number of "good guys/gals" arming themselves.

Why in the world would you decide to end reciprocity of CHP's?

I for one won't take a chance, Bristol TN is as close as I and family will come to Virginia, from now on. I don't wish to open carry as that makes one more of a target for criminals. I have no desire to put myself and family in mortal danger.

This is more anti-gun paranoia - unfounded in reason and reality.

Please reconsider. Thank You
