AG Herring cannot write his own laws

This isin response to AG Herring's actions on chp in the Commonwealth. I hope it is understood that this man cannot write his own laws and circumvent the legislature at will. These actions by the AG and the Governor will not be tolerated by the voters. These actions fly in the face of the rights guaranteed by the constitution of the United States as well as the Commonwealth. The General Assembly is in place to stop actions such as these by power mad individuals such as the AG and the Governor. As a citizen of the Commonwealth I ask that the General Assembly take action against these two individuals and restore the validity of the chp's of the affected states.
