I am a concealed carry permit holder in Virginia. I travel often with my family and always carry while I do.  By elimiminating the agreements with other states, you are taking way my right to defend my family when I travel. I have chosen to carry to defend myself and those with me and this law infringes on my freedom to protect myself.  Please keep the reciprocity agreements in palce.
