Firstly, an extension of 30 days is requested to this per law.

Excluding CHP holders into state buildings creates gun free zones for the law abiding.  Those who commit mass shootings are already willing to commit murder (a felony), and will not follow this regulation.  This regulation does not add to gun safety, but instead limits our natural and God given right to self defense against the unlawful.
