Think about this:
Does our governor have armed security??? How about our president??? Hmm... If they want us to give up ours, don't you think they should lead by example and give up their armed secuirty/ After all, don't do as I do, do as I say...
The recent terrorist attacks in Paris, France and San Bernardino, California are valid reasons why I am AGAINST this proposal. Had the victims in those two terror attacks been armed, they might very well be alive today. Interesting that both of these places (France and California) have some of the most stringent anti-gun laws. I adamantly oppose this proposal. Also, if this ban takes effect, then I think we should also ban cars. Look at what just happened in Las Vegas with the woman who drove into a crowd of people on the Las Vegas strip, kiling one woman and injuring others. A similar incident occurred in Okalahoma when a woman drove into a crowd of people at a parade. How about banning knives??? Stabbings??? It's the same logic.
Again, When the governor and the president lead by example and give up their armed security, then I MIGHT consider the proposal.
