This asinine, unconstitutional, attempt to degrade every citizens right to their inalienable right to self defense is both despicable and outrageous. This is not a law that will stop criminals or those who wish to do harm. No "gun control" law will, they merely tie the hands of law abiding citizens all the while those who operate outside of the law will continue to do so unfettered by another law that they wont adhere to either.
