History throughout the USA has shown us that criminals with the intent to kill will not obey laws, such as established gun-free zones. This type of gun restriction only leads to loss of innocent citizens lives. The governor's regulatory action is violating the 2nd Amendment right of all citizens who obey the laws. His action doesn't give us honest citizens any chance against criminals with murderous intent. The Governor of Virginia needs to rethink his agenda.
