"No Gun Zones"-No Protection for State Buildings and State Employees

I believe the banning of firearms at all state buildings is an open invitation for some crazy individual or terrorist to walk in and have their way. Advertising "no gun zones" have proven to be a mistake. Look what happen at the Army recruiting office in Tennesse last summer and the recent attack on the county facility in San Bernadino. Has anything been learned by this?? I certainly hope the next step in this not to post those signs that state "This building is a gun free zone". That is like leaving a note on your door saying "We are on vaction, back in two weeks, the key is under the mat". As a state employee, I don't feel that I am in a safe work environment with this idiotic policy.
