U.S. Citizens have Constitutional Rights. None Citizens don't!

This proposed regulation will have the opposite of the intended affect by playing into the hands of terrorists, violent criminals, and the criminally insane.  We have had no shootings in state agencies and this prohibition on those with a concealed handgun permit, some of whom have active and ongoing threats to their lives, is entirely without any justification and needlessly and recklessly endangers innocent lives.

Disarming good citizens (who are the only ones likely to obey the prohibition) does not make them safer.

*I have not only a Constitutional Right guaranteed by the 2nd. Amendment  to protect my family and myself, but also a God given right to do so.  You have NO Authority to deny me this right according to the power of the United States Constitution, and "Certainly" no right to deny what GOD has given me, as you have been given NO power or authority over either.
It is important for a Governor to understand that he has no authority to impose this regulation.  If the General Assembly wanted the Governor to have such power, they would have granted it to him explicitly, as is required constitutionally.

This proposed regulation is a solution for which there is no problem.  It endangers state employees, law abiding citizens, and the innocent by making state buildings a safe zone for terrorists, criminals, and the criminally insane to conduct their evil and savage actions.  This may even prevent Off-Duty Officers from carrying.  I have a good relationship with my local Law Enforcement personnel, both County and State in this area, and they are concerned about this issue.

One important note; I want to express again in other words, that this regulation will absolutely NOT hold up in court, as the Governor has not be given the authority to do such.  It's a simply waist of Tax Payer Money to attempt to put this regulation into place.

This regulations should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn.

I am requesting that the comment period be extended for another 30 days.

Respectfully Submitted,

A Lifetime Citizen of 62 years, of the State Of Virginia. and these United States of America.
