Banning the carrying of firearms simply creates more "disarmed victim zones", assuring anyone bent on death and destruction that they will find only helpless victims within. That's how it's worked at almost every major mass shooting thus far, leading me to wonder what our Governor is using for brains these days. Oh, wait, it's political grandstanding to burnish his uber-liberal credentials. Seriously.
