The citizens of this Commonwealth have the Constitutional right to protect themselves and others at all times. The 2nd Amendment clearly states, "the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." The 2nd Amendments authority makes clear that you as Govenor, or the State of Virginia, do not have a right to "infringe" our right to bear arms in any manner. Please read the Constitution of the United States and follow it.
