Just say no to a gun ban in state buildings

Please  don't allow this.   We don't need it.   In fact it makes us less safe.   It affects rest stops.   Which are HIGH crime areas.  Leaving us unprotected and leaving of firearms subject to being stolen.   Any regulation like this should come from the General Assembly.  The Governer is over steping in creating a gun free zone in state buildings.   Why would this be a good idea when almost all of the mass shooting have happened in gun free zones?  We need less of them not more.   This ban also applies to off duty police officers.  How is that a good thing?   How is that making anyone safer?   Also I request that more time is granted for public review.   This is an important issue however by using the traditional holiday season to sneak this though is not " who we are".   The "emergency regulations" should be done away with as well.
