Please don't ban concealed carry in any state buildings.  The persons you actually need to worry about carrying arms in these locations won't observe the regulation anyway. And in the unlikely, but obviously likely enough, event (hence the regulation) someone does attempt a shooting in such a location, an otherwise licensed person will not be adequately equipped to save his or her own life.
