United States Passports are one of the acceptable forms of ID now required to vote.  Since most people may not renew their passports because they rarely travel, Virginia should accept all forms of expired IDs.  It is easy to identify a valid passport or drivers license even if it is expired.  Many older citizens do not have need of current IDs as they do not travel or drive.  Virginia should encourage more people to vote by excepting as many forms of ID as possible.  Thank you for your time.
