As I understand it , Senator Obenshain's bill will exclude from voting those who present IDs that have expired dates, or are up for renewal.  This is outrageous and is another example of limiting the franchise. Why are we making voting more difficult? Folks who no longer need to drive, won't renew their driving permits -- student populations who disenroll or graduate won't renew student IDs, changes in employment status -- all of these real-life situations will place unnecessary burdens on voters.  This is said to limit fraudulent voting which all reports show to be nearly non-existent.
