RGGI

I support Governor Youngkin in leaving the RGGI. Despite lower emissions in Virginia, RGGI has not and will not lower CO2 in the atmosphere. Virginia uses electricity from the entire PJM interconnection region, including several states which are not a part of any such compact, and CO2 levels are going up worldwide. The RGGI a carbon tax that has cost Virginians more than $500 million in just two years. As an ordinary citizen, we are barely able to stay afloat now with rising inflation costs. Please help us all to lower our bills so that we can feed our families.
