As a resident of Henrico County, I am writing in support of the proposed withdrawal from the RGGI.  I support Gov. Youngkin's proposal to withdraw from the initiative because it is costly and wasteful, without achieving the ends it was meant to achieve.  I support meaningful actions to protect our air, water, and environment, and I support expenditures from the state budget to do so, but the RGGI is not the right way.
