This program is the biggest money laundering scheme in state history. The carbon tax is passed onto consumers as well as the increased cost of electricity, natural gas, gasoline, and fuel oil. It directly takes money out of the pockets of our residents. Any money received from being in this agreement goes directly to the state government. Residents pay more out of our pockets and the government gets it through grants from this agreement. Anyone who thinks that this will save them money or change the Earth's climate is a fool.
