RGGI helps fund several climate-related programs in Virginia, including flood resilience efforts. For anyone who lives in NOVA, we are well acquainted with the flooding in Old Town and Del Ray. Please do NOT pull Virginia out of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, this would be a mistake and detrimental to all Virginians given the future of our climate crises.
