Please do everything you can to protect and improve our environment and health.  Pulling out of RGGI is irresponsible without a plan in place that will be as effective.  This seems like you will forget about it once we are no longer in the pact.  Do what is right for your constituents and stop slashing things that others have worked for...that is going backwards.
