Item B - 1 states: A completed employment application form or other written material providing the individuals name, address, phone number, and social security number or other unique identifier.
By removing the 'or other written material', it appears to exclude resumes as allowable forms of employment application. In this age, this is the primary way that applicants apply for jobs and they do not want to complete an application that duplicates what is on their resume. Can we clarify that resumes are still acceptable to meet this standard?
