Purpose of legislation
Directs the Board of Health to promulgate regulations by July 1, 2017 that address the audio-visual recording of nursing home residents. The regulations must address resident privacy, public notice, liability, ownership and maintenance of equipment, cost, recording and data security, and nursing facility options for facility-managed and resident-managed recording.
