Private Wells - Storage Capacity and Yield Requirements

Purpose of legislation
Requires the Board of Health to include in its regulations minimum storage capacity and yield requirements for residential drinking wells. Requires that the certified water well systems provider certify the storage capacity and yield of the well on a form provided by the Department of Health at the time the well is completed.
