Purpose of legislation
Requires the Board to promulgate emergency regulations establishing performance requirements and horizontal setbacks for alternative onsite sewage systems permitted pursuant to the Board's regulations implementing this chapter. The regulations are required to contain operation and maintenance requirements consistent with the requirements for alternative onsite sewage systems contained in ยง 32.1-164 of the Code of Virginia.
