Commission:

I'm an average Virginia tax payer that's worked all his life, and I would like to have Horse Racing back to the state of Virginia immediately. I should be able to live in a state where I can gamble with my own money that I've worked for, which would include gambling my retirement 401k with the stock markets everyday, fantasy football games, and yes Horse Racing too.

Please bring Horse Racing back to Virginia, and remove this hypocrisy of not being able to have Horse Racing in this state. This is still the United States of America, so provide the people what they want since it does NOT go against the constitution of the United States of America, and its NOT a safety issue.
