I am excited that horseracing has a new beginning in Va.Please create any rules that make horseracing and breeding to thrive in Virginia! It is a great boost for economic impact, job creation, and community benefit. Think of how many people from different industries will benefit. Fences are painted,hay is grown,machinery is purchased and repaired, etc, etc, etc! Livestock and breeding, and agriculture benefits! Tourism, meals, and hotel stays flourish! Make it easy to let these venues operate and create entertainment!  Make the regulations horse racing friendly and help all concerned. You will get tourism from adjoining states and participation from all over! Thank you for allowing my input! I will be a loyal customer as I have been all along, even when there has been no live racing. I am eager to visit often. Thank you very much.      Thomas Stutts
