I find it incredible that a minor would be forced to learn subject matter which is sexually explicit without the parents prior notification!!! It flys in the face of a parents rights to educate his/her children in the moral and ethical manor and timeframe she/he sees fit. It's also amazing to think that I am responsible and liable for my child's behavior and actions, but have no right to know what explicit and illegal behavior he/she is being educated on and introduced to the schools????!!!! I absolutely support the proposed amendment to notify parents before such material is discussed or introduced to minors!
