Support the regulation amendments to require advance, opt-out and identification of materials

At the very least, this forum has made me aware to open the discussion up with my child and for myself to take a closer look at the content of the books coming up on the list for the rest of the year. How hard can it be to give a rating on the content of the books selected when the teachers hand out their planned curriculum at the beginning of the year. I might of been talking to my child earlier than January! A rating system or notification beside the book list would at least give the parent a heads up about the content. Parents should be the judge on how their child can handle some subjects.
