Reject this amendment
Reject this amendment because it is vague. Community values play an important role in the development on such local regulation. What is rejected in rural Virginia may be fine in larger urban areas of NOVA or Tidewater. It is very important that localities have control over this issue, but the wording should be precise and not vague. Just as community values vary greatly from locality to locality, the material that is used to demonstrate or display those values will vary greatly. Avoid censorship.
