Over the past several years, we have seen a rise in Service Facilitation providers, and a rise in individuals wanting consumer directed services. Creating a broker system where one provider is the only choice will create a lack of choice.  There are several providers who may even go out of business due to this and not wanting to work for one broker.  

Why isn't this service being looked at to be licensed? There is no one to hold these facilitation companies accountable, they need to be licensed like all the other DD Waiver services.  Do not go with a broker, that will only create more problems with quality of care and headaches for CD providers who don't get paid much now.
