I have a concern about the proposed Support Broker model. Right now, if a person receiving consumer-directed services is not happy with their Services Facilitation provider, they have the option to choose a different provider.

With the proposed Support Broker model, it says that Support Brokers will be hired through the Fiscal-Employer Agent, either CDCN or PPL. What happens if a person does not like their Support Broker or feels that the Support Broker is not meeting their needs? Will they be able to choose a different Support Broker?

I think this is important because people receiving services should continue to have a choice in who helps them manage their services. Please explain how participant choice will work under the new Support Broker model.
