Service Facilitation services provided by Coastal Community Care (CCC) has been our main family connection to government services otherwise unknown to our disabled adult daughter. They provide first-hand knowledge and recommendations to fulfil our daughter needs.  Although in paper this seems like a straightforward task, un tangible needs often overlooked are assessed during routine home visitations by the service facilitator. They get to know our family and our adult disabled daughter needs first hand. Because of their own personal experiences with their family and other clients, CCC provides timely suggestions to deal with in-home situations.  Please don't change something that is working well.
