We need to protect the Atlantic Menhaden, a primary food source in the food chain for marine life, to include whales, dolphins, large fish such as striped bass and osprey in the Chesapeake Bay.  Please accept the five proposed recommendations to ensure the health of the menhaden and the health of the Bay.
