This petition is just outright absurd and clearly targeted towards the menhaden industry.  What they don't consider is that all commercial and recreational industries would be impacted by this. It's odd how this is being classified as "pollution," yet it is just seawater being discharged BACK into the water within seconds. Nothing is being put into the water that wasn't there to begin with.
