People using pet stores believe they are purchasing pets who are ethically bred and raised.  If pet stores are not more thoroughly monitored and investigated, you are complicit in supporting kitten and puppy mills, with all their inherent cruelty.  Please take action to stem this uncontrolled market for animal abusers.
