I hope you seriously consider how awful and wrong the conditions are for puppies and kittens in pet shops. They should be held to the same standards as shelters in Virginia (better than some shelters) and be held accountable when they fail to do so. It is absolutely ridiculous that we even allow stores to sell puppies shipped here from puppy mills but then the conditions they live in with diseases rampant, is disgusting. Please do something and make laws stricter.
